We're seeking a proactive and reliable team member to help maintain four well-loved holiday parks— ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming setting for all guests.

This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in customer service, and values teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in line with the park "Meet and Greet" process
n
- Respond to after-hours accommodation enquiries, bookings, payments, and emergencies
n
- Maintain park grounds and facilities to a high standard
n
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure facilities are secure after hours
n
- Support front-desk staff during end-of-day procedures
n
- Liaise with trades and security services when required
n
- Operate plant and equipment in compliance with safety standards
n
- Report maintenance or operational issues promptly
n

What You'll Bring

- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and respond calmly to after-hours issues
n
- A flexible, solutions-focused approach to daily tasks
n
- Basic maintenance knowledge (pool, buildings, or grounds experience desirable)
n
- A current Class C Manual Driver's Licence
n
- NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
n

Working Hours & Conditions

n

n
- 1-2 days per week during winter, but will increase in Spring
n
- On-call, overnight staysand after-hours work may be required, with applicable allowances
n
- Rotating across four coastal holiday park locations
n
- Involves indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate physical activity
n
