Our James Street restaurant combines rustic charm with a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere, and we're looking for enthusiastic Runners and Wait Staff to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

n

Whether you're delivering dishes as a Runner or looking after your own section as a Waiter or Waitress, you'll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Providing warm, friendly, and attentive service
n
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently and accurately
n
- Assisting wait staff and supporting smooth service across the restaurant
n
- Building genuine connections with guests and creating memorable experiences
n
- Learning our Italian menu and beverage offerings
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
n
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred (minimum 3–6 months), however we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
n
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Minimum age of 16 years
n

Italian food and wine knowledge is a bonus, but enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a great work ethic are what matter most.
