The Role

n

As aPersonal CareWorkeryou'llprovide assistance toour residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence,interestsand choices.

n

The key focus of the role will be to:

n

n
- To provide high quality, safe, andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
- Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.
n
- Assistthe resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
n
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
n

To be successful, you will have

n

n




- Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
n
- Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
n
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
- Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
n

Located in Denham Court in Sydney's Southwest, Bolton Clarke Willowdale is a newly built Residential Aged Care home, that offers 136 bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options for residents.
