Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and skilled Receptionist to join our team in a shared role across our Kyabram and Shepparton clinics.

n

About the Role

n

Working as part of our supportive reception team, you'll be responsible for providing front-of-house and administrative support across both clinics.

n

Your duties will include:

n

- Welcoming patients and visitors
n
- Booking, rescheduling and coordinating patient appointments
n
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
n
- Processing patient information, referrals and payments
n
- Providing reception support during our busy injection clinics in Kyabram
n
- Assisting radiologists and clinical staff with general administrative tasks
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records
n




- Working collaboratively with the wider Vision Radiology team across both locations
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous reception experience (medical or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- A positive, professional and patient-focused attitude
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- The flexibility to work across both our Kyabram and Shepparton clinics
n
