This is a broad operations and compliance-focused role, supporting fixed income and money market activity, client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, settlements, and operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Act as the firm's AML/CTF Compliance Officer, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
n




- Manage KYC onboarding workflows and Salesforce data management
n
- Liaise with partner banks, custodians, and ADIs to ensure accurate trade settlement
n
- Oversee Austraclear settlements, reconciliations, and documentation control
n
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives across middle office operations
n

n

Ideal Candidate Profile

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in FICC, Fixed Income, or Money Market middle office or onboarding roles
n
- Strong understanding of institutional onboarding frameworks, AML/CTF/KYC regulations
n
- Familiarity with Austraclear, custodians, and bond settlements
n
- Experience with systems such as ALERT, CTM, Salesforce, and ideally OMGEO/DTCC
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and counterparties
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Law (preferred)
n
