The Role

n

n
- Generate 15–20+ new managements each month.
n
- Conduct rental appraisals and convert new business opportunities.
n
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling and relationship building.
n




- Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
n
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up leads.
n
- Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure exceptional client service.
n
- Represent the business at networking events and within the local community.
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
n
- Achieve and exceed monthly growth targets.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager.
n
- Proven history of consistently securing 15–20+ new managements per month.
n
- Driven, competitive and motivated by financial success.
n
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
n
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n

Salary

n

Excellent base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus an outstanding uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performers.
