We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a male participant in his 60s with community access, no personal care required.

n

The participant has progressive cervical myelopathy with cervical radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy affecting his feet and legs, he requires assistance with community access and transport.

n

Driving the participant to local community outings.

n

Taking the participant and his dog to the beach for walks (main requirement)

n

Providing transport to medical appointments on an ad hoc basis (some medical appointments are further away, e.g. Heidelberg and Malvern).

n





Shift Details - there is some flexibility with timings, within a 2-hour timeframe

n

$41.86 - $52.93 Per Hour (inclusive of Super & First Aid Allowance) depending on qualifications + Extra Pay on Weekends (if required)

CPR / Refresher Certificate(Completed in the Past 12 Months)

Current First Aid Certificate (Completed in the Past 3 Years)

NDIS Workers Screening Check (see Services Victoria Website)

Working with Children Check (WWCC)
