The Role:

- Supporting a #1 Agent in the Eastern Suburbs
n
- Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive business growth
n
- Coordinating and conducting open homes
n
- Attending & Preparing for Auctions
n
- Callbacks, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
n
- Managing communication and relationships with buyers and vendors
n
- Negotiating sales
n
- Analyzing the market & trends
n

n

The Candidate:

n

n
- Must be driven, passionate & motivated!
n
- High desire to be successful & number 1!
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
n
- Switched and driven to succeed
n
- The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
n
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
