Are you a proven sales professional looking for a genuine six-figure earning opportunity? The Smart Blinds Co is expanding in Melbourne and seeking an ambitious In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We specialise in premium outdoor blinds and cutting-edge window furnishing solutions, helping homeowners improve their homes, privacy, comfort and outdoor living spaces.

This is a consultative sales role where qualified appointments are supplied. Your focus is on building rapport, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions and converting opportunities into sales.

The Role:

n

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:

n

n
- Attend qualified appointments in customers' homes
n
- Conduct professional consultations and measurements
n




- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
n
- Prepare quotations and proposals
n
- Convert opportunities into sales
n
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
n

n

About You:

n

You are confident, professional and motivated by achieving results. You enjoy meeting people, building trust and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven success in sales, preferably B2C or consultative sales
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence handling objections and closing sales
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
n
- Experience in outdoor blinds, awnings, home improvements, solar, kitchens, flooring, roofing, real estate, automotive or other high-value sales environments will be highly regarded.
n
