- Assist customers with mobile plans, devices, broadband, and accessories.

- Handle customer enquiries, billing issues, and account services.

- Demonstrate and explain mobile phones and technology products.

- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
