Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Manager with a solid background in aged care to lead and support our Pimpama Aged Care Team for a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight). This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of clinical care and compliance, while nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.

You will be well supported by a dedicated Facility Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership and outcomes while working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.
n
- Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.
n
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
n
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.
n

What We7re Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 3 years7 experience in aged care.
n




- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
n
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice care.
n
- Comfortable using technology and clinical systems.
n
- Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.
n
- Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach.
n
