Job Description

Bupa Aged Care is seeking a Care Manager to lead the care home clinical team across Australia on a national travel basis. You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, clinical governance, and ongoing assessment, with responsibilities spanning care planning and evaluation.

You'll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, drive quality improvements, ensure AN-ACC compliance, manage medication, and collaborate with allied health to optimise resident care.
