About the Role

n

This isn't a closing role.

n

Your job is to create opportunities.

n

You'll qualify business owners, build relationships, and book high-quality discovery calls into our High Ticket Closers' calendars.

n

When inbound enquiries are flowing, you'll move fast. When they're not, you'll build your own pipeline through outbound calls, DMs, follow-up campaigns and re-engagement.

n

You'll also represent Geronimo at workshops, masterminds and live events around Australia, meeting business owners face-to-face and creating new opportunities.

n

The mix of inbound and outbound changes. Your ownership of your pipeline doesn't.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Respond to inbound enquiries quickly across phone, email, chat and DMs.
n
- Qualify prospects through phone, email and socials.
n
- Book high-quality discovery call for the closing team.
n
- Re-engage dormant opportunities and referral leads.
n
- Attend workshops, masterminds and live events.
n
- Keep your CRM and pipeline organised and up to date.
n
- Participate in coaching, role plays and call reviews.
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- You're proactive and enjoy creating opportunities.
n
- You communicate confidently over the phone, on Zoom, in person and via DMs.
n
- You're resilient and don't let setbacks slow you down.
n
- You love coaching and continuous improvement.
n
- You take ownership of your results.
n
- You have at least two years' experience in sales or business development.
n
- You're genuinely interested in health, fitness and helping business owners succeed.
