u&u; Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a well-established financial services organisation based in Melbourne CBD.

This is an initial 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available, offering the potential for extension. Working within a busy technology team, you'll provide Level 2/3 support across end-user technologies, business systems and Microsoft platforms.

n

Please note this role is based onsite in Melbourne CBD five days per week.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across the business;
n
- Set up and support laptops, mobile devices, monitors and peripherals;
n
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding and account provisioning;
n
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user computing environments; and
n
- Resolve technical issues and service requests within a high-volume support environment.

About You:

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support / Service Desk role;
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint;
n
- Exposure to Azure, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop and hybrid Active Directory environments;
n
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach; and
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume support workplace.
n

n

Experience with Intune and PowerShell will be highly regarded.

n
