About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Northcote. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys sourcing quality candidates, managing multiple vacancies and playing a vital role in delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
n
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to source, screen and engage candidates across a variety of client accounts. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, supporting recruitment campaigns and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and internal databases
n
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
n
- Complete reference checks and compliance documentation
n
- Support consultants with candidate shortlisting and recruitment administration
n
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate communication
n
- Manage multiple vacancies,
including urgent and niche recruitment requirements
n
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and recruitment systems
n
- Contribute to achieving strong time-to-fill outcomes and client satisfaction
n
- Build talent pools and foster positive candidate
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous recruitment, labour hire or talent acquisition experience
n
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
n
- Experience using recruitment systems, databases and job boards
n
- A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach
n
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
n
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
