Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Accurately document customer needs and vehicle information

Present service options and recommend additional services where appropriate

Schedule appointments based on customer needs and workshop availability

Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated throughout the service process

Prepare quotes, process payments, and finalise invoices

Ensure all customer service matters are handled promptly and professionally
