Join our team as an Optical Assistant, a energetic and engaging role where you'll aim to deliver exceptional customer service, and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Actively engaging with customers to identify their eyewear needs and delivering top-notch service, aiming to go above and beyond to exceed sales targets.

- Provide expert recommendations and eyewear styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the best frames for them!

- Bringing a positive and energetic presence to the store everyday, making sure customers queries and needs are well and truly met
n
- Offeringyour support to fellow team members and contributing to a harmoniousand supportive work environment.

About You

- Strong background in fast-paced retail settings
n
- Excellent communication skills - direct and easy for customers to understand.
n
- Highly motivated and proactive, ready to step in and take initiative to ensure customers leave the store happy.
n
- A people person, ready to offer assistance with an approachable and empathetic manner
n
- Flexible to work late evening and weekends
n
