Fulcrum3D builds the measurement, monitoring and forecasting technology that helps the renewable energy industry make better decisions. Our wind masts, solar systems and forecasting tools are used across Australia and increasingly overseas, with growth underway in East Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. We're about to build the tallest wind monitoring mast in the Southern Hemisphere, a 210 metre mast in northern Victoria.

About the role

n

We're a project-based engineering firm, so our cash flow depends on disciplined weekly billing and getting paid on time. As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll own the receivables function end to end. That means raising accurate stage-based invoices on schedule, chasing what's owed, and protecting the working capital that keeps our projects moving. It's hands-on and it matters. You'll see the direct link between your work and the financial health of the business.

What you'll do

n

Issue tax invoices against project milestones and progress claims, accurately and on schedule

n

Monitor the debtors ledger and run collections to bring debtor days down

n

Receipt,



reconcile and allocate incoming payments to the right project and account

n

Keep customer and receivables records clean in Xero

n

Flag at-risk or disputed accounts early

n

Prepare aged receivables reports and cash collection forecasts for management

n

Work with project managers and engineers to confirm work is done before we bill for it

n

Help sharpen our credit control processes as we grow

n

What we're looking for

n

Solid accounts receivable, collections or credit control experience, ideally in a project-based, construction or engineering setting

n

Comfortable picking up the phone, following clients through to payment, and speaking up when something doesn't look right

n

Good working knowledge of Xero and decent Excel skills

n

Experience with SAP or Tidy a bonus

n

Organised, sharp on detail, and good at juggling deadlines across multiple projects

n

Curious and investigative, with strong problem-solving instincts

n
