fgf Developments is a local, Cairns-based civil construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area.

Your Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee daily site works
n
- Coordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projects
n
- Provide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectively
n
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standards
n
- Maintain strong site organisation, ensuring efficient workflow and transparent communication across all teams
n
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
n

- Solid background in the supervision and delivery of civil construction projects

- Strong leadership and management capability with proven planning skills
n
- Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on key priorities

- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders

- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve project goals
