We are seeking experienced and talented used car salespeople to join our dynamic team at Gold Coast Car Warehouse. This full-time position is based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our wide range of quality used vehicles.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle
n
- Demonstrating vehicles and closing sales in a professional and ethical manner
n
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
n
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets including F+I, Warranty and Insurance
n
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
n
- Ensuring a smooth handover process for customers taking delivery of their new vehicle
n
- We are a boutique team and everyone is involved in day to day operations of the dealership
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Previous experience in a new or used car sales role (MANDATORY)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
n
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
n
- A passion to excel, hard work ethic and excellent communicate
n
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
n
- Reliable, driven and customer-focused approach
n
- Current QLD Sales License (or eligible to obtain)
