BAKU Swimwear is opening a brand-recent store in Charlestown, and we're looking for an inspiring Store Manager who is passionate about people, obsessed with customer experience, and driven to achieve outstanding sales results.

For over 50 years, BAKU has been designing premium Australian swimwear that combines fit, function and fashion. We are known for helping women feel confident in swimwear, delivering personalised service, and creating genuine connections with every customer who walks through our doors.

About the role

n

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the Charlestown store from day one. You'll build a high-performing team, create an exceptional customer experience and drive strong commercial results.

You'll spend your time:

Leading from the front and creating memorable customer experiences

Driving sales through exceptional personal selling and team coaching

n

Recruiting, developing and inspiring your team

n

Building a positive, high-performance culture

n

Analysing sales performance and achieving KPIs

n

Managing stock, rosters and day-to-day operations

Celebrating wins while continually looking for opportunities to improve
