Our client, an established, growing Law firm, is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People team in Sydney CBD - permanently.

In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment within the legal space.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all aspects of the business
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
n
- Source and engage high-calibre technical talent using a variety of sourcing channels and market mapping techniques.
n
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
n
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
n
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
n




- Collaborate with the wider People team on employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment process improvements.
n
- Analyse recruitment metrics and use data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
n
- Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice recruitment methodologies across the business.

About You

n
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter
n
- Demonstrated experience recruiting technical talent across marketing within professional services.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
n
- Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.
n
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and candidate experience.
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
n
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth or global organisation will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience using AI tools
