Sunshine Coast hard rock quarry seeking Quarry Coordinator.

As Quarry Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering on production targets, maintaining the quality management system, over-seeing mobile plant operations and ensuring safety compliance. This role is essential to maintaining productivity and operational excellence across all quarrying aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all quarry operations adhere to regulatory requirements
n
- Management of operators
n
- Ensure production schedules and rates are met
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous experience in hard rock quarrying in a supervisory position
n
- Current S1,2,3 Qualification
n
- Proficient in the health and safety regulations of mining/quarrying
n
- Robust communication and organisational skills
n
- Previous experience with mobile crushing plant
n
- Ability to contribute in all roles within the quarry
n

Local or willing to relocate to the Sunshine Coast

n

Monday to Friday, day-shift only

n

Salary ranging from 130,000-150,000
