The Role |

They are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Manager who's hungry for a challenge and ready to make their mark. This is your opportunity to take the lead, roll up your sleeves, and guide a small yet passionate team in a supportive, values-driven environment.

- Drive brand growth and customer acquisition across all channels
n
- Shape and protect the brand across every customer touchpoint
n
- Inspire alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, membership, and CX
n
- Develop strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility and expand reach
n
- Own our content & influencer strategy – from concept through to outreach and partnerships
n
- Plan and execute weekly release comms strategies to keep our loyal customers engaged and excited
n
- Lead CRM and email marketing – from strategy to execution and analysis
n
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team
n
- Get hands-on and proactive — this is a role where ideas turn into action quickly
n

The Skillset |

- A marketing all-rounder who can seamlessly combine traditional brand marketing with digital, e-commerce,



and pure-play retail strategies
n
- Proven marketing experience with a track record in brand growth and customer acquisition
n
- Strong skills in CRM, email marketing, content creation, influence,r and digital PR outreach
n
- Experience developing strategic partnerships to amplify reach
n
- Strategic thinker with a creative flair and hands-on approach
n
- Comfortable leading and developing a small team
n
- Hungry to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results
n
- Passion for fashion, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences
