Job Description

ROBINS KITCHEN is seeking a Store Manager for Menai Marketplace to lead store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will build and coach a high-performing team, take ownership of stock, merchandising, rosters, and operations to ensure a safe, efficient store workplace.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong sales focus, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced retail setting. Rotating fortnightly roster accommodates peak times and flexibility.
