About us:

PIQ Logistics provides logistical support for the Singapore Armed Forces, facilitating the annual military training exercise.

n

We are seeking cleaners and general laborers, to conduct general cleaning tasks, and waste removal (Rubbish) for this year's 'Wallaby' training exercise.

Our depot is in South Rockhampton. The role requires living in camp style accommodation in a military training area around 1hr from Rockhampton. Meals and accommodation are provided in camp. We run a small bus from the training area back to our Rockhampton depot for rostered days off. We offer secure parking for your vehicle at our Rockhampton depot.

Is based on an average of 6 days on, 1 day off per week worked.

We supply work shirts and PPE required for the role. Applicants must self-supply and wear suitable footwear, and pants.

Successful applicants:

n

Must apply for and submit a transparent federal police check (Criminal history check) prior to commencement. this can be done online and costs around $85. It can take up to 2 weeks to receive back. You must be an Australia citizen / permanent resident to obtain this suitability check.

Must be physically fit and able to conduct the required laboring tasks.

n

Must be available for the full period, and willing to live in camp style accommodation.

n

A current driver's license is required. Open, Manual is preferred. A higher level of licensing and a LF forklift ticket would be highly regarded.
