Job Description

People First Bank seeks a Senior Leader for NetSec Platforms to drive secure, reliable, and compliant network and security infrastructures. You will lead 8 direct reports, shape delivery methodology, and manage budgets, vendors, and operating rhythms to support critical services for members and staff.

You will engage with stakeholders, contribute to budget planning, and set strategic directions for our security platforms while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and solid governance.
