About the Role:

As a Store Business Manager, you will be a dynamic and results-focused leader with a genuine passion for premium fashion and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a retail team, cultivate a positive and high-performance culture, and drive measurable results at our Pacific Fair David Jones location. You will set clear expectations, motivate your team, and foster a collaborative setting. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset, you are ready to adapt, solve problems, and deliver excellence in every aspect of store operations.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing an unparalleled store and styling service that prioritizes customer satisfaction and cultivates returning clientele.

- Leading and motivating the team to achieve targeted goals and KPIs.
n
- Managing day-to-day in-store operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
n
- Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our premium menswear products.
n
- Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and elevate customer service.
n
- Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktakes.
n
- Collaborating with the head office to analyze sales performance and strategize for improvement.

About You:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
