We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Wagga store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team, will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

- key holder - opening and closing procedures
n




- daily team delegation and motivation

- inventory management

- integrated involvement with head office
n
- administration, rostering and banking
n
- exceptional customer service
n
- register operations and cash handling
n
- creative merchandising + store upkeep

- stock handling

- fulfilment of weekly training courses

- Minimum 5 day availability required (Tuesday-Saturday)

- Flexibility with working hours on occasion

- Previous retail management experience (+3 Years)
