About the Role

n

This is a outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Handy Personto work with our team on our smaller works and projects.The role would involve hands-on carpentry and building worksfor our maintenance services & small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas. The role also includes a company supplied vehicle.

n

Duties Include

n

n
- Adapting to fast-changing situations
n
- Minor building and carpentry works for our small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas
n
- Completing WHS documentation
n




- Some measuring, setting out and organising of trades
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Carpentry trade or equivalent qualification (desirable but not necessary)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Valid driver's license
n
- Experience leading a small team (desirable but not necessary)
n
- Excellent organisational, time managementand communication skills
n
- Basic email and PC use for site inductions and office correspondence
n
