We are partnering with an established and growing Adelaide-based advisory firm and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative and client-focused team.

You will work closely with Managers and Directors across a diverse client portfolio, providing high-quality accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to SMEs, family businesses, and high-net-worth clients.

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering professional advisory and compliance services while supporting the ongoing growth and development of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for various entities and structures
n
- Delivery of business advisory and taxation services to a broad client base
n
- Managing client relationships and providing high-quality service and advice
n
- Assisting Managers and Directors with advisory projects and strategic initiatives
n




- Reviewing work completed by junior accountants and providing guidance and mentorship
n
- Managing workflow priorities and meeting client deadlines
n
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
n
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives and internal efficiencies
n
- Contributing to business development activities and networking opportunities
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- CA/ CPA qualified (Or in the process of getting qualified)
n
- 4+ years' experience within a professional services/accounting firm environment
n
- Robust technical accounting and taxation knowledge
n
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
n
- Leadership capability and willingness to mentor junior team members
