The Opportunity

You'll lead fascinating qualitative projects from brief to debrief, building trusted client relationships and delivering insights that influence real business decisions. Beyond the day job, you'll have the opportunity to help grow the team's capability,



contribute fresh thinking and explore new approaches as qualitative research continues to evolve through technology, cultural understanding, behavioural science and changing client expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading strategic qualitative and mixed-method projects from proposal through to delivery.
n
- Designing discussion guides and moderating interviews, focus groups and workshops.
n
- Turning complex conversations into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
n
- Building long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
n
- Coaching and mentoring researchers, helping grow confidence and capability across the team.
n
- Contributing ideas that strengthen the agency's qualitative offer and keep it ahead of the curve.
n
- Supporting proposals, pitches and recent business initiatives.
