The Role

n

Reporting to the National Quality Assurance Manager and working closely with the Site Manager, this role will strengthen food safety performance and support operational excellence across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide leadership of the food safety and quality assurance team onsite with the support of the national quality assurance team.
n
- To coodindate, implement and manage the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
n
- To manage activities relating to the preparation, organisation and sucessful outcome of all regulatory customer GFSI or other third-party audits.
n




- Provide leadership on managing new systems or site processes that link to food safety or quality performance.
n
- Proactively drive root cause analysis and determine trends which need to be actioned.
n

Your Background

n

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology or related degree.
n
- Proven Quality Assurance or Food Safety site leadership experience in an FMCG Manufacturing environment.
n
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
