Searchability® is seeking a Level 3 Support Engineer to join our Canberra team. You will act as the senior escalation point, manage security-focused environments to Essential Eight and ISO standards, and administer Microsoft 365 and Intune across SMB clients.
You will lead security improvements, mentor L2 engineers, and collaborate with clients at a senior level on technical strategy and compliance outcomes. This role offers in office with hybrid arrangements and requires Australian working rights.
