What You'll Be Doing
n As our Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Essendon CARCO, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with professionalism and energy.

- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
n
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
n
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives
n
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams
n




- Accurately complete all sales documentation and compliance processes
n
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
n
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with stock availability
n
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are presented to a high standard
n

What You Bring to the Team

- Previous Vehicle Sales Experience is Essential, Pre-Owned preferred.
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service
n
- High energy, self-motivated and target driven
n
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced dealership environment
n
- Current Driver's Licence is Essential
