Join a Sydney based contractor with 35+ years' experience delivering specialised civil and infrastructure projects across NSW. We're seeking a reliable and experienced leading hand to join the team across a range of civil and structural works.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading and supervising a small crew in office
n

nn
- Coordinating daily tasks and allocating work to team members
n
- Performing hands-on civil works as required
n
- Assisting with site setup, preparation, and ongoing works
n
- Ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently
n
- Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing site safety standards
n
- Liaising with supervisors and trades to keep work progressing
n
- Working with the team to meet project deadlines
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n




- 5+ years' civil construction experience, including leading hand exposure
n
- Multiskilled across groundworks and plant operation
n
- Experience on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, retaining walls)
n
- Able to lead a crew while remaining hands-on
n
- White Card and reliable transport
n
- Strong safety and teamwork focus
n
- Able to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical
n
