Job Description
Join a global business operating in the Transport/logistics sector. This is a part time temporary assignment (2 days per week or 3 with shorter hours), with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient end-to-end payroll services for around 250 employees. HR compliance and general coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees across two awards and agreements.
n
- Manage employee data through systems Dayforce and Workday.
n
- Manage HR inbox and queries
n
- Act as the key point of escalation for complex payroll issues.
n
- Reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
n
- Role reports in to the HR Director
n
n
Key Skills and Experience:
n
n
- Robust understanding of award interpretation.
Experience with working with Clerks and Road and Transport awards is highly desirable.
n
- Proficiency in using various payroll systems; Workday and Dayforce.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
- Have worked in a HR team with basic generalist experience.
n
- Comfortable managing challenging conversations and resolving payroll queries promptly and professionally.
n
