The Role

n

You'll take full ownership of a major supermarket-anchored retail development valued in excess of $20 million, leading the project from site establishment through civil works and structural construction.

n

As the project progresses into the fitout phase, you'll complete a structured handover to the dedicated Fitout Site Manager before moving directly onto another major commercial project already secured within the region.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead all day-to-day site operations
n
- Manage site establishment and early works
n
- Coordinate civil and structural construction activities
n
- Drive programme, productivity and construction milestones
n




- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel
n
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality
n
- Chair site meetings and toolbox talks
n
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives
n
- Manage site logistics, programming and sequencing
n
- Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
n
- Oversee project documentation and statutory compliance
n
- Deliver a seamless handover into the fitout stage
n

About You

n

We're looking for an accomplished Site Manager with a proven history of delivering large-scale commercial projects. To be considered, you'll possess:

n
- 5-10+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million+
n
- Strong structural construction experience from groundworks through to completion of the structure
n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on management style with a commitment to safety, quality and programme
n
