Our client, a leading automotive group, is seeking a skilled Pre-Delivery Operations Manager to join their team in Townsville, Queensland. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing all pre-delivery processes to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before reaching the customer.

As the Pre-Delivery Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate the pre-delivery team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a crucial role in managing workflow, quality control, and effective communication between departments to meet customer delivery expectations and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of vehicle preparation.

- Developing and implementing efficient processes for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and readiness.
n
- Training department staff to ensure dealership standards achieved
n
- Collaborating with sales, service,



parts & accessory suppliers to ensure smooth handover and outstanding customer experiences.
n
- Control inventory, vehicle scheduling through the PDI process
n
- Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on operational effectiveness.
n
- Driving compliance with safety and quality policies within the pre-delivery area.
