Job Description

What you'll be doing

- Help people build independence and develop everyday living skills
n
- Be there for personal care, household tasks and community participation
n
- Support people to work towards their own goals and enjoy meaningful experiences
n
- Stay calm and consistent, including with people who have complex behaviours
n
- Build safe, trusting relationships, backed by clear documentation and good teamwork
n

You're the right person if...

- You've supported people with disability before, including complex behaviours or higher needs
n
- You're calm, patient and skilled, especially when things get challenging
n
- You build genuine relationships while keeping clear professional boundaries
n
- You communicate well and keep good records
n
- You're reliable, flexible, and keen to keep learning and growing
n
