Branch Manager – Rehabilitation Consultant

The role will see you:

Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and support to an established multidisciplinary team.

n

Foster a positive, engaged and quality-focused team culture.

n

Drive operational performance while ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

n

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

n

Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth within the Canberra market.

n

Coach and develop consultants to achieve their professional and career goals.

n

Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team to contribute to broader business initiatives

About you:

n

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Allied Health Discipline with associated registration (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA)

n

Strong experience within Occupational Rehabilitation

n

Strong leadership skills and a supportive manner

n
