About the Role

n

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‐focused individuals who thrive in a fast‐paced and dynamic environment. As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will support our Avis/Budget branch, acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering stress‐free, end‐to‐end rental solutions. This is a hands‐on role offering variety, responsibility, and strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Engaging with customers face‐to‐face and over the phone to understand their needs and deliver tailored rental solutions
n
- Explaining rental agreements, insurance options, policies, and procedures clearly and confidently
n
- Using multiple computer systems, handling payments, balancing cash,



and completing administrative tasks
n
- Conducting vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damages, and vehicle detailing (cleaning interior and exterior)
n
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets and business objectives
n
- Maintaining high operational standards in line with company, regulatory, and safety requirements
n

You bring a positive, can‐do attitude and consistently go the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike. You have experience delivering high‐quality customer service and confidently resolving customer queries to achieve positive outcomes.

You'll also have:

- Strong problem‐solving skills and excellent attention to detail
n
- Confidence working across multiple IT systems simultaneously
n
- Availability to work across operational hours, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 8:30pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
n
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to assist nearby branches
