Job Description

Your Role as Care Worker

n

Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

n

Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep

n

Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping

n

Follow clients' care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager

n

Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork

n

What We're Looking For

n

Positive, flexible attitude with robust communication and teamwork skills

n

Respect and empathy for clients, families, and colleagues

n

Ability to work across flexible hours and shifts

n

Must be available across all weekdays in particular a Thursday

n

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

n





Current Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

n

Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy

n
