The role
n We're looking for an experienced Machinist / Welder / Maintenance Fitter to join our Casino team. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping equipment running, and working in a business that values reliability, teamwork and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the plant and equipment that keeps our operation moving safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Carry out machining, welding and maintenance across a range of processing equipment
n
- Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues
n
- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
n
- Fabricate, modify and install parts and equipment as needed
n
- Maintain clear maintenance records and follow site procedures
n
- Work to high safety, quality and housekeeping standards
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Relevant trade qualifications, such as Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
n




- Experience as a Machinist, Welder or Maintenance Fitter in manufacturing, food processing or a similar environment
n
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and mechanical repair skills
n
- Welding capability across MIG, TIG and stick
n
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
n
- Willingness to engage in a flexible rotating roster, with shared weekend coverage contributing to team success
n
- Astrong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
n
