About the Roles

n

We are seeking competent and enthusiastic candidates for the following FIFO positions in NTH QLD and NT.

n

Medical Emergency Services Officer (MESO)

n

Casual ad-hoc ongoing

n

7:7 roster, 12.5hr shifts (subject to change based on operational requirements)

n

Qualifications & Experience - as a minimum you must currently hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications (or their equivalent):

n

- Certificate IV in Health Care (or above)
n
- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue or Certificate III in Public Safety
n
- PUAFIR207 Operate Breathing apparatus open circuit
n
- PUASAR025 Undertake confined space rescue
n
- PUAEME008 Provide pain management
n
- Australian Drug and Alcohol testing certificate
n
- Minimum of 2+ years as a Firefighter/Paramedic or mining ESO in a similar capacity.
n

Skills& Experience

n

n
- Emergency Response Expertise - experience in emergency services, incident response, and fire prevention.
n
- Medical & First Aid Knowledge - ability to deliver emergency first aid, maintain first aid kits, AEDs, and conduct health assessments.
n




- Solid Communication & Leadership - confident in delivering briefings, coordinating emergencies, and working with teams.
n
- Organisational & Audit Skills - capable of conducting site audits, maintaining emergency equipment, and ensuring compliance.
n
- Resilience Under Pressure - ability to operate effectively in high-u2011risk, time-critical situations.
n
