This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Southern Highland Dental as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist. In this full-time role, you will be based in Moss Vale, NSW and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the dental practice.

What you'll be doing

n

Providing high-quality dental assisting support to dentists and dental hygienists

n

Welcoming and greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing the reception area

n

Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment

n

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories

n

Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and inventory

n

Assisting with general administrative duties as required

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting with dental 4 windows knowledge

n

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients

n

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

n

Proficiency in using dental software and office equipment

n

A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

n





Relevant qualifications or certifications in dental assisting or a willingness to undertake training
