We are on the lookout for a management superstar, to support and motivate the team at Merrylands to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!

What you'll do

- Build and motivate a high-performing team
n
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered
n
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store
n
- Assist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
n

Requirements

n

n
- Strong training and coaching abilities/experience
n
- Previous experience in leading a team to success
n




- Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
n
- A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
n
- Experience managing high volumes of stock
n
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous
n
