Job Description
Experienced Spray Technician – Landscape & Grounds Maintenance
n
We are seeking an experienced Spray Technician to join ourLandscape & Grounds Maintenance team.
n
This role is primarily responsible for the safe andeffective application of herbicides for weed control across a varietylandscape and maintenance sites. The successful applicant will play animportant role in maintaining high-quality outdoor environments while ensuringall chemical applications are carried out safely, efficiently, and inaccordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Applyherbicides and other approved chemicals for weed management across parks,reserves, streetscapes, commercial properties, and landscaped areas.
n
- Operateand maintain spray equipment, with experience using Toro Multi Pro sprayunits highly regarded.
n
- Identifyweed species and apply the appropriate treatment methods.
n
- Completepre-start checks and maintain spray equipment to a high standard.
n
- Accuratelyrecord chemical applications and comply with all environmental, WHS, andregulatory requirements.
n
- Workboth day and night shifts as required to meet operational needs.
n
- Maintaina professional approach while working across multiple sites.
n
- Demonstratedexperience operating spray equipment in the landscape, turf, or groundsmaintenance industry.
n
- CurrentAQF Level 3 Chemical Accreditation (Spray Certificate).
n
- Currentunrestricted driver's licence.
n
- Strongunderstanding of herbicide application, chemical handling, and safe workpractices.
n
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Reliable,safety-conscious, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
n
- Knowledgeof common weed species and best-practice weed management techniques.
n
