- Monitor inventory and order supplies

Qualifications

- Minimum Cert IV relevant qualification

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- Knowledge of food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

- Qualification & experience 1 - 2 Years Minimum Cert IV relevant qualification
