As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Site Manager who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering high-quality residential projects.

n

About the Role

n

This role is ideal for a Site Manager who has already delivered several residential projects independently and understands the construction process from slab through to handover.

n

You may be an experienced Site Manager or a Junior Site Manager ready to take the next step. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well and genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product.

n

You will work closely with our Project Manager and office team to coordinate subcontractors, maintain construction quality and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

n

We're not simply looking for someone to keep projects moving—we're looking for someone who pays close attention to detail, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering a high-quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage day-to-day site operations for residential construction projects
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme




n
- Carry out regular quality inspections throughout each stage of construction
n
- Identify defects early and ensure issues are rectified before progressing to the next stage
n
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised worksite
n
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers and the office team
n
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
n
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and handed over with minimal defects
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has experience managing residential construction projects with a volume or custom home builder
n
- Has successfully completed several residential projects from commencement through to handover
n
- Experience with townhouse projects is preferred but multi-unit developments are not essential
n
- Junior Site Managers with the right attitude and solid residential experience are encouraged to apply
n
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship
n
- Communicates professionally with trades and works well as part of a team
n
- Is organised, reliable and able to plan ahead
n
